Why I do this for free
The honest reason.
Two reasons. Both true.
One. Some of the people who request a report end up hiring me. Most do not. The ones who do are warm leads who already know my work because I have shown it on the report. Cheaper for me than running ads to cold strangers.
Two. Doing this once a week keeps me sharp. Looking at other businesses with fresh eyes is how I find the patterns that help my paying clients. Even the reports nobody acts on make me better at the job.
Each one takes me about an hour to do properly. So the catch, such as it is, is that I do a limited number per week. If I am at capacity I will tell you and offer to put you on the next available slot.
